Accounts and information you provide
Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication, with email/password or Google sign-in. Firebase processes account credentials and sign-in information. The Hub uses your account identifier, sign-in provider and email-verification status to authorize actions.
A profile can include your display name, role, biography, city, country, links and optional map coordinates. Page claims and management requests also record the account involved and information supplied to verify authority. Messages sent to our contact email include whatever information you choose to send.
What other people can see
When you make a profile public, its name, role, biography, city, country, links, optional coordinates and profile identifier can appear in the directory. Public source listings can exist before their owner claims them; a listing does not show that its subject has registered or endorsed the Hub.
Booking proposals, amounts, messages, negotiations and contract records are intended for the participating accounts and authorized page managers. A confirmed event can publish its title, date, artist and venue. Do not put confidential information into a public profile or event title.
Pledges, follows and referrals
A saved pledge, city request or follow is linked to your account and the selected page. City and country are stored where requested. A pledge also stores your chosen price ceiling, its state and timestamps. Your price ceiling is private; a pledge is nonbinding, takes no payment and reserves no ticket. Withdrawing a signal marks it withdrawn and clears its price ceiling; it does not erase the historical record.
Referral participation records consent, a referral key and account attribution. A page owner must explicitly accept a referral connection. Referral status is separate from a payment or an earned payout.
Purpose, service providers and device storage
We use this information to operate accounts, authorize page management, keep booking and consent records, respond to inquiries and protect the service from abuse. Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, hosting and database services. Authentication and hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information.
Sign-in can persist on your device using Firebase browser storage. Sign out on shared devices. External video, music, social and shop services receive information when you use their services; their own privacy notices apply. This notice does not promise that third-party services collect no data.
Access, correction and removal requests
Use the available profile controls to change your profile and its public setting. Contact the family team to request access, correction or removal of information. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account or material you control.
The Hub does not currently provide a general self-service account-and-record deletion tool or a published automatic deletion schedule. Signing out or withdrawing a pledge is not deletion. Records remain stored unless removed through an appropriate administrative process; this notice does not promise a fixed response or deletion deadline.

We will update this notice when the site's handling of information changes. The date above identifies this version. Contact us about information that is inaccurate or should not appear publicly.
