These terms describe use of Sky High the Mau Mau's website and Music Business Hub. The site presents the artist's work and provides tools for people to explore, contact and organize music-business opportunities. Our family contact is Hartnel L. Henry at the email below.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Claim or manage an artist, venue or other page only when you have authority to act for it. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading bids, manipulate referrals or misuse another user's information. Some actions require a verified email or a verified page-management role.
Listings and availability
Directory entries may be drawn from identified public sources and may be unclaimed. Inclusion does not establish an artist's or venue's participation, endorsement, current availability or willingness to accept an offer. Check the source and confirm details directly with the relevant party.
Tools and controls can be unavailable or closed while under development. Estimates, planning figures and displayed interest are not guarantees of attendance, revenue or performance.
Pledges and booking discussions
An audience pledge expresses nonbinding interest and a possible price ceiling. It is not a donation, investment, purchase, ticket or reservation, and no money is collected through that pledge.
A proposal or accepted bid is a step in a booking discussion. Review the exact contract document and authority of every party before signing. Contract terms, cancellation arrangements, performance obligations and any applicable charges must be agreed by the parties; a directory entry, draft or planning result does not supply those terms.
Money, referrals and outside purchases
Booking performance fees settle off-platform under the parties' agreement. The Hub does not currently collect booking payments, hold escrow or send payouts. A displayed fee calculation, referral attribution or status is not a charge, cash balance or promise of earnings.
Books, merchandise, music and other purchases reached through external services are handled by the named seller and payment service. Check their price, shipping, cancellation, refund and privacy terms before buying. Do not send payment credentials in a profile, bid or message.
Creative work and contributions
Photographs, films, recordings, writing and artwork remain subject to their owners' rights. Viewing material on this site does not grant a license to reproduce it commercially. Contact the family team about licensing SkyHigh material.
Submit only material and information you have the right to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of your submissions and for obtaining any permissions needed for their intended public display. Public profile and event fields can be viewed and copied by other visitors.
Questions and changes
Contact the family team about account concerns, incorrect listings, content rights or problems with the service. The site may change these terms as features change; the date above identifies this version. Separate agreements with artists, venues, sellers or other parties remain separate from these website terms.
